Christ Centered Yoga™ for Churches
Christ Centered Yoga™ believes in sharing what God has so graciously shared with us by training instructors who then impact their communities. God first inspired Christ Centered Yoga™ during a yoga class in a church and it was in a church that the first Christ Centered Yoga™ class was practiced. Since that time, this unique Outreach Ministry has served church members as well as the non-churched of all ages and fitness levels in many congregations.
Perhaps you are interested in bringing Christ Centered Yoga™ to your congregation but aren’t sure how. It’s quite easy: we can bring a CCY 12-Hour Teacher Training Intensive to your church to train those from your congregation or you may send those interested to one of our upcoming Teacher Trainings. There are incentives for Host Facilities and discounts for groups of five or more. Please see our Hosting page for more information. Participants will receive the training necessary to share CCY with their churches as a Partner in Ministry. All who attend will also receive Yoga Alliance contact hours, and ACE and AFAA continuing education units.
