Our classes, trainings and outreach ministries are all designed to glorify Christ by praising Him with nothing less than all we have – our bodies, our minds, and our spirits. Christ Centered Yoga™ fuses biblical study with yoga for a uniquely soulful experience. By centering our yoga practice on Christ, it becomes a moving prayer of praise and worship whose goal is to draw the practitioner into a personal connection with Christ. Our hope is that others may experience the profound joy that comes from worshipping Christ in this unique manner. To this end, we offer Christ Centered Yoga™ instructor training so that others may share the good news that is Jesus Christ in their communities through the venue of yoga.
